Description
If typing information in Microsoft Word (using Quotes for example), and then copying and pasting that into a work log or comment block or any text field within Jira. Those Quotes are displayed incorrectly. I've done this in other applications and the text gets stored correctly so I don't know what is going on inside of JIRA that is causing it.
Might have to Parse the text to clean it up for known characters.
