Help avoid duplicate issues by searching existing issues during issue creation

      Some companies such as Salesforce and Parature (http://www.parature.com/liveproductdemo.aspx) are starting to use a particular feature to reduce the number of duplicate issues filed and also reduce the load on their support teams. While the summary text is being entered for a new issue, the existing issues are searched for matching terms and the user is presented with possible answers to their question or existing issues. This seems like a good, solid idea and has been suggested to me by a number of existing JIRA customers.

      Please consider it for an upcoming JIRA release, thanks.
