Dashboard gadgets cannot load over HTTPS/SSL

      RHEL 5 server with standalone JIRA 4.0 and JDK 1.6.0.15+
      Safari 4 client

      When loading a dashboard over HTTPS, the gadget frames still attempt to load over HTTP, which causes the browser to block the attempt via Javascript security rules.
