Many times, I want someone to comment on a JIRA, but they don't need to be a watcher and continually get updates on that JIRA. It would be nice to have a "Request Comment" button that when pressed, allows me to enter a user (or several users) and it will literally just send them an email saying that "so and so wants a comment on this JIRA".
