When in Roadmap view and you click on the red part of the bar the incorrect issues are shown. Try clicking on the red bar for release 4.0.1 on the following page http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA#selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project%3Aroadmap-panel. At the time of this post there were 89 unresolved issues, but the screen it takes you to contains 26118 issues.
