Excel view appends a quote (') before negative values

    Description

      When exporting to excel the content of the issue navigator, if a custom field has a negative value (e.g. -12) then the field will be prepended with a single quote (e.g. '-12)

      This bug cannot be reproduce with Jira 4.0 RC1
