Trying to install JIRA 4 in location other then default one, installs it inside folder name "JIRA-Enterprise-3.13.5"

      Steps:
      1. Try to install JIRA 4.0 using installer.
      2. By default it show user path as "c:\program files\........
      3. Browse and select the path as c:\

      Result:
      1. Now the path where JIRA 4 will be installed is C:\JIRA-Enterprise-3.13.5

      Expected:
      1. The path should be C:\JIRA-Enterprise-4.0
