"How to Upgrade JIRA" link in JIRA installer is not pointing to right link

      Steps:
      1. Try to install JIRA on windows using installer.
      2. There is a link on 2nd screen ""How to Upgarde JIRA" . Click on it.

      Result:
      1. It take user to "http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v4.0-SNAPSHOT/upgrading.html"

      Expected:
      1. Link should be correct and point to right docs.
