Configure columns for in issue navigator doesn't render properly in IE 7.0

      Steps:
      1. Login to JIRA.
      2. Search for some issues in issue navigator.
      3. Click Tools->Configure Columns

      Result:
      1. The screen is not rendered properly. Screen shot attached.

      Expected:
      1. The configure column screen should be appearing fine and user should be able to add and delete columns
