User can't successfully use custom fields(of type select list) for searching using autocomplete in JQL view if values contain number.

Steps:
1. Login to JIRA.
2. Create a custom field X of type select list. The options are 01,02,03,04.
3. I encounter this error while testing with customer data.
4. Now go to Advanced view and type X =, JQL auto complete gives you all the valid option. User select option say 02. Now the query is X = 02. Press enter to run query.

Result:
1. The query fails with message The option '2' for field 'X' does not exist.
2. Just put quotes around the value and its start working but it can confuse user.

Expected:
1. Auto complete should take care of putting quotes.
