Clicking on drop downs and other options in gadget preferences dialog in IE is slow

      Steps:
      1. Login to JIRA.
      2. Add any gadget having preferences dialog.
      3. Try clicking and selecting options from project/filter drop down to other options using mouse.

      Result:
      1. Its so slow.
      2. Try using keyboard and tab navigation, its fast.

      Expected:
      1. User should be able to perform selection easily.
