JQL History Urls show "switch to advanced" when already in advanced.

The JQL history URLs use the executeAdvanced command on the issue navigator. This command does not set the edit mode to "advanced" in the session, which means:

1. Perform a Jql search and copy and paste the url from the history
2. create a new search and browse to simple edit mode
3. paste the history url into the path bar and load
4. Notice that your on advanced screen but your given the option to switch to the advanced mode and not simple.

Fix:
executeAdvanced should set the edit mode to advanced in the session and cookie.
