      Hello,

      a JIRA instance is installed and used for some time with internal user management. Later on, it is integrated with Crowd and during an upgrade, integrity violations are reported by the checker, users appear as duplicates, etc...

      This is caused by having used - at some previous stage - in osuser.xml configuration both internal and Crowd providers.

      JIRA could log or refuse to startup until the configuration is fixed and only one such provider is selected.
