Steps:
1. Login to JIRA
2. Find some issues on some search criteria.
3. Save the filter as say X
4. Now click "New" and search in issue navigator for issues. Click View_charts and click "Save to Dashboard"
5. Enter X as the name of filter.

Result:
1. It save the filter without any error message.
2. Again trying to create the filter with same name give error message.

Expected:
1. User should n't be allowed to save filter with existing name.
