Steps:
1. Login to JIRA. I am using customer data https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-35690
2. Login as arrowsmithn. Go to Filter page in dashboard and view filter "CER Resolved in Feb 09"
3. The filter is searching for all issues resolved (resolved >= "2009-02-01 11:00" AND resolved <= "2009-03-01 11:000)
Result:
1. The value of issues return is different. Its 382 in 3.13.5( I have upgraded the data from 3.10.2 here) and 386 for JIRA 4.0
2. Investigation show for some issues the resolution is different to that in 3.13.5. CER-22308,CER-26690
Expected:
1. Issues resolution date should be same as that of earlier version.
