First Impressions - Setup step 3 improvement. Allow them to login then and there

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently when a first time admin has setup an empty JIRA he goes thought three steps.

      Step 3 says "well done..now login" and gives a login link.

      Why dont we allow him to login right there and then "with the user name" they gave us in step 2.

      It would be a bit easier and make a better "first impression".
