If a filter returns more than 200 issues and I request an Excel export, the generated Excel actually only contains 200 entries. Worse, the Excel report says at the top that it has the full range:

At the very least, the text should say "Displaying 200 of 2017 issues". Ideally the limit should be made known to users when they are about to click the link, and there should be a documented way to override it if necessary.
