I commend Atlassian for providing the ability to create and publish a draft workflow while said workflow is currently active. Great improvement. However, we need the same ability for creating common transitions. I could make good use of common transitions, but choose to duplicate transitions instead so that I have the ability to edit them through the workflow editor. It would be much nicer to be able to fully create, edit, and assign common transitions through the workflow editor.
