This should be a plugable point, where by calling the method below

gadget.addMenuItem(name, text, handler)

If running within an atlassian container, a menu item should be added to the gadget chrome dropdown,

OR

If running in an external container, menu item should be added to a dropdown at the bottom right of the gadget.
