Separate work flow schema, permission schema, permission schema etc. definition for each issue type

Separate work flow schema, permission schema, permission schema etc. can be defined for each issue type.

This way only one database will be created with different issue types to provide different types of issue tracking instead a lot of databases. E.g. project management, risk tracking, peer review and change tracking combined in one project db with different issue types and issue types features.
