Trying to start JIRA with database(having V1 data), give user "no upgrade message" and then keep on filing log file

Steps:
1. Connect JIRA to a database having data with V1 license. I tested with JAC data.
2. Start JIRA.

Result:
1. It give information regarding upgrade after message "You can now access JIRA through your web browser." but after that the log file is full of logs which make no sense as upgrade task has not taken place.
2. The log file is at \\filehost\scratch\6months\vbharara\JRA-18632\

Expected:
1. Log file should n't have any other message after giving user warning that they need to edit the license.
