I'm using bulk-move and selecting the retain original value checkbox for the issue security level field.

The source and target projects have different Issue Security Schemes but some of the issue security levels are the same name. For this specific issue, the security level is identical to the target level I want to assign to it. The UI allows me to select the retain value checkbox, but after the move completes, the issue security level is set to None.

I've seen a similar issue reported about retaining version and component values. Is this related?
