The Issue Key ClauseFactory does not validate the clause before generating a query.

If you some how manage to run the invalid query "key is one-1", then JIRA will return the issue with key 'ONE-1'. It seems that the query generator does not check to ensure that the passed clause is valid before generating the query. This should not be a user visible problem because the validation ensures that the user cannot enter in such a query.

This might also be a problem with some other fields. Need to check them.

Not a show stopper for 4.0.
