JQL autocomplete it would be cool if you were not suggested operators that do not fit with the field typed

If you type a field that is not a text field you still get the ~ and !~ operators suggested, it would be nice if you only got them when they were valid.

Not sure if we want to fix this, it would be cool but we probably could live without it.
