Create screenshot and thumbnails for all shipping gadgets,

      Create screenshot and thumbnails for all shipping gadgets and update it in each gadget.xml, also add gadget categories to each gadget so that they appear in the right sections of the gadget directory.

      This has to wait until the styling is basically complete for each gadget
