"Login & approve" button should acquire new oauth token when the old one expires

      When oauth tokens expires, the gadget displays a "Login & approve" button.
      Clicking on the button may result in "file not found" JRA-18322.
      Sometimes, the link actually works, but after approving the oauth request, the "Login & approve" button stays put.
      Currently, the only way to acquire a new oauth token is to refresh the dashboard.
      The gadget should handle the token expiration nicely and acquire a new token.
