Autocomplete handles typing of quotes interestingly

Create a dataset with custom resolutions: unresolved, and "unresolved".

In JQL, begin to type: resolution = "

At this point you are presented with all suggestions, which is okay because you're opening a string.
If you type another quote ", you still see all suggestions, because you closed the string.
If you type a third quote ", you now only see the two custom resolutions as suggestions.
If you type a fourth quote ", only the quoted unresolved suggestion remains.

This seems a little strange. The unquoted unresolved value, which actually needs to be displayed in autocomplete with quotes, shouldn't match 3 quotes? Neither should the quoted unresolved value match 4 quotes.
