"Login & approve" button should be displayed for JIRA gadgets that has a config view, without requiring to make a request to JIRA

When adding a JIRA gadget to the refapp dashboard (started by atlassian-gadgets), the config view is displayed without the "Login & approve" button, if the config view does not require sending a request to JIRA. However, when the config is submitted or an autocomplete field triggers an Ajax request to JIRA, the "Login & approve" button is displayed. All previous input will be lost after the oauth processing.
