Steps:
1. Add pie gadget in a screen having resolution 1280*800.
2. Add the same gadget at another JIRA dashboard having resolution 1900 * 1200
3. Open the preferences window.

Result
1. On lower resolution you can clearly see that preferences is not adjusted properly.

3. Once you set the preferences, the pie chart look ok on both resolutions.

Expected
1. The dialog should adjust according to resolution.
