Add Google Collections to the webapp classpath to workaround FinalizableReferenceQueue memory leak

      Until google-collections 1.0 comes out and fixes this bug we need to load it via the web-app classloader and not as an OSGi bundle. This means that restarting plugins will not leak the OSGi classloaders (although the webapp will not be able to be unloaded).
