JIRA 4.0 GUI comments

      • edit gadget preferences icon (pencil) always on the screen. is it possible to hide it when not needed? it's waste of screen space, see screenshot1
      • double gadget captions is also waste of space, see screenshot2
      • Created vs Resolved chart in JIRA 3.12 looks more intelligent and elegant then in 4.0, see screenshot3
