Steps:
1. Login JIRA as userA. Suppose the user has a filter name "myissue" which is private.
2. There is another userB having filter with same name and shared with everybody.
3. Now userA runs a JQL query filter = myissue.

Result:
1. It return the issues for both filter.

Expected:
1. If user is not aware of shared filter, it can lead to confusion. A better handling is appreciated.
