Group picker is not working for "Project Role Browser".

    Description

      Steps:
      1. Login as admin to JIRA.
      2. Click on project role browser link.
      3. Create another role and click Manage Default Members to edit.
      4. Click "Edit" to edit the groups.
      5. Click the "Group Picker" icon to open the group picker.

      Result:
      1. Nothing happens.
      2. If user type group name and click "Add" it works.

      Expected:
      1. Group picker should get open and user should able to add group.
