Issue Navigator: missing validation when specifying reporter = currentUser() as a URL parameter and user is not logged in

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      -Make sure you are logged out
      -Query the Issue Navigator via this URL /secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reporterSelect=issue_current_user&reset=true

      No validation error appears - it should say that the currentUser function can't be used when not logged in.

      The same problem happens for the assignee field.
