Bad Error Message when Lucene cannot parse lucene query from the summary field.

      Try and run the JQL comment~"abc is a very good day" and summary ~ "ぎ[ざちぢにひぬほ"

      You will get an error message like: Unable to parse the text 'ぎ[ざちぢにひぬほ' for field 'summary'.

      1. We need to indicate what the syntax is for the text fields (maybe a link)?
      2. Is it possible to indicate what the error is?
      3. It is not clear who is causing the parse error, is it JQL or is it Lucene. May not be important for the user.
