Newly created "FieldScreen" objects are not viewed in alphabetical order until there is a system restart.

      The List of screens seen in the Admin "View Screens" (/secure/admin/ViewFieldScreens.jspa) page orders the Screens alphabetically by name.
      However, if you add a new Screen, it will always appear at the bottom of the list.
      The sorting is only done when the cache of Screens first loads, or is completely refreshed.
