Hello!

I am evaluating JIRA for our company.
I've got only one problem for now and hope that it is not too serious .

When I am exporting table with issues from JIRA to Excel format, I'm getting all national (actually Russian, e.g. Cyrillic, in Windows are represented by 1251 codepage) characters replaced by question mark "?".
I've also took a brief look to an XML export and found that similar encoding error may be found there too.
I am attaching the sample of an XML export to the end of this issue.
I've also typed one word in cyrillic to the subject of this issue report. This word should look like "pycckue" if everything is OK.

I would be very gratefull for any kind of workaround or solution for this problem. Frankly speaking, for this day JIRA seems to be best choice for us, but we need XLS export very much.
