Add Ability to set workflow scheme with SOAP

In http://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/rpc-jira-plugin/latest/com/atlassian/jira/rpc/soap/JiraSoapService.html there is a function to create/update a project and set some scheme (perms, notification, issue security), but not the enterprise scheme like the workflow, issue type and fields configuration schemes.

This would improve considerably bulk operations required when I have to create a new workflow on a new issue type that would affect the main workflow scheme.
At the moment, creating the workflow and issue type is simple, but to activate this change, I cannot simply edit the active workflow scheme and I have to copy that scheme to a new scheme, add the mapping and then update the 200+ projects manually in the web application to use the new scheme (which takes a considerable amount of time).

Using the SOAP interface would have been great, but this ability seems to be missing.
Apologies if this feature was already requested, I looked for it in the database, but couldn't find anything similar.
