A Filter should be able to have a specific Issue Navigator (view) i.e. it should only show the columns that are relevant to that filter.

At the moment Jira 3.13.4 has can only have one Issue Navigator (view) per user and not per defined Filter... this makes the Filters almost completely useless because you can filter the issues you are interested in but not the information you want.
