We need to fix all documentation and "readme" files etc to allow for the fact that JIRA v4.0 will require Java 5 or higher

      You will need a JDK (Java Development Kit) 1.4 or above.  JIRA can be built
(and run) with JDK 1.3, but some extra jars must be downloaded and copied to
tools/ant/lib/:
