Sort order lost when editing filter with text search

    Description

      I just upgraded to 3.13.4 and was happy to see that JRA-15570 was fixed.

      I created a new filter with a text search and sort order and saved it. The filter was still sorted.

      I switched to Edit mode and the filter was still sorted.

      I edited the filter, clicked "View & Hide", and now the sort order is gone.
