    Description

      The browse project code generates half JQL + 3.13.x parameter URLs for its searchers. For example, the search component link: jira/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&jqlQuery=project+%3D+10000+AND+component+%3D+10000+ORDER+BY+priority+DESC&mode=hide&status=1. We probably should only be generating a JQL based URL now.
