Need to limit the number of messages displayed during JQL validation

Running the query status in membersOf('jira-users') will result in a page that lists all the users on the page in error messages (its a large page). We need to change the validation code to limit the number of error messages that can be displayed. It would be good idea to embed this fairly deeply into the validation to ensure that we don't create 5000 messages that just get thrown away.
