Message when startup failed could be improved:

Could not create jira.home directory 'G:\tmp'.

A dumb user will have no idea what this means or what to do to fix it.
I think we should add some more information about what needs to be done to fix the problem and link to the docs possibly.
I think Confluence actually have the full path of the file that needs to be configured with the home property.
