When a query generates a complex query, with at least two different possible contexts, then the jql select options util only retreives options from ONE of the contexts and not all.

To reproduce:

1. Create a multi select option custom field with two contexts.
2. first context should be set to only issue type bug and have options "1", "2"
3. Second option should be set to only project HSP and have options "2", "3"
4. Search for JQL "project = HSP and customfield in ("2", "3")
5. See that it doesn't fit even though it should.
