When generating the "time tracking report" for a version with parameters "all issues" and "all sub-tasks", resolved sub-tasks without the chosen version are not selected.

To detail:

• A resolved sub-task is only selected if its version is set to the chosen version.
• A resolved sub-task without version is not selected.

So the "all sub-tasks" filter is not implemented properly.
