When the browser session times out, many parts of the Filter UI are still active.
The " View | Edit | New | Manage " tabs are all visible/clickable.
On the Manage tab the Popular filters are visible.
If you attempt to view a filter, the query fails and "No matching issues found." is returned.
Normally all these kind of actions would result in a reminder to login again.
To reproduce, leave a browser window on a filter page and let the session timeout.
Then click on one of the filter tabs and you'll see the odd behavior.
