Providing an non-existing as path for JIRA_Home get accepted without any error message for windows installer

      Steps:
      1. Install JIRA 4.0
      2. The dialog where user need to specify path for JIRA Home, enter any drive(non existing or CD drive).

      Result:
      1. It accept it without any error and installation proceeds

      Expected:
      1. A proper error message should be displayed and user should be prompted to enter the path again.
