It could be useful for project managers to have a "shared download place" for each project, in order to mantain project docs (such as technical specs, and all related documents) always up to date and available for developers.

Each doc could have a set of metadata such as version, creation date, category etc. and maybe the creation of "subfolders" could be nice.

Project managers could also refer an issue to an available online document in Jira rather than upload the same document each time a new issue is created.
