The Windows installer does not place all bat files in the "bin" directory.

      When using the installer the following files end up not installed in JIRA's bin directory:

      • control_service.bat
      • shutdown_bundled_jre.bat
      • start_service.bat
      • starup_bundled_jre.bat
      • stop_service.bat.

      Not sure if this is on purpose, but it would appear cleaner if all these files where in the bin directory.
